WE HAVE THE EXPERIENCE IN SERVING OVER 30 COMPANIES IN ASIA AND AUSTRALASIA combining unparalleled experience and comprehensive capabilities across multiple industries and business functions. NexMU has collaborated with clients to help them to become high performance business companies.
Our consultants are certified Master Black Belts with more than 20 years of operations management and related business improvement experiences. Our business excellence solutions cut across industries and across borders. As at 2014, we have certified more than 180 projects with an average savings of USD520,000 for each project.
We are currently working on ISO 17024 certification and target to complete it by end of 2016
Mr. LK Lim and his company has been working with Ansell for over 10 years supporting our organization’s Six Sigma learning initiatives and various projects, and the initial phase of Lean program. Under LK’s guidance, batches of Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts from Ansell have achieved certification from Motorola University. LK is very knowledgeable and guides us in a practical manner which makes it easy to understand and apply a concept.
